What happened
Booked a hotel and cruise holiday...cancelled in July due to COVID. Set about getting a refund for deposit paid...eventually a partial refund with the balance of £1000 outstanding. Issues with credit refund note but since expired . Refusing to pay stating March 2021 is the new expiry date....any help most welcome. Thanks
