What happened

Delayed flight for 23 hours, they issued a cheque but I couldn’t bank it. I requested that they issue a new one and now they are saying I don’t have a claim and are ignoring my emails.

What I wish had happened

I just want the money I’m owed paid to me

Where this happened

Other - The delay was from Turkey to the uk. The correspondence has been with Tui via emails.
