What happened

They offer a free flight rebooking until the end of the year. I tried to rebook my flight from July to September, an extra fee of £30 is added and 2x baggage fee £44.i tried to call/chat/ email them, no response. Now as its less than 7 days to my flight an extra fee is added which totals to £134 all together. I must say I have already paid for baggage in my original flight 2x £23,99=£45,98. The baggage price for my new chosen flight is the same so I don't have idea where this extra fee of £44 comes from in the first place. A huge scam!

What I wish had happened

I wish to speak with someone in the phone, explain the situation and be able to change my flight with no extra fees as this is not my foult that they could not help me rebook my tickets 7 days before the flight.
