What happened

Booked a holiday, paid for jet2 covid insurance should any of us fall Ill. Jet2 cancelled our holiday with no explanation and are refusing to refund the insurance money. The travel insurance is tied to the holiday that Jet2 have cancelled so it is absolutely useless. It is essentially a scam to get money from customers, get a plane load paying £25 pp and if you cancel their flight they get to keep all the money!!

What I wish had happened

They should refund for a product that is not useable
