What happened

I have cancelled my contract and requested my pac code 3 times. Spent 30 hours on the phone and been told 3 times my code would be sent shortly. Still waiting.

What I wish had happened

I would just like my pac code. They are making it really difficult for me to get it. Absolutely disgusting customer service.
