What happened
Restaurant cancelled our order twice, and Uber is refusing to refund. We cannot get past an automated response claiming that we cancelled the order, when we did not, it was the restaurant.
What I wish had happened
A refund, and an easier way to speak to a human being. Ideally as well, compensation for the hours we have spent trying to contact the company.
