What happened
I placed a order and 5 items were missing, the seal had been resealed. I called retailer after 5 minutes of receiving parcel to get in touch which courier. This did not happen I was told to fill out missing item declaration and send back. Now I have done that the company are refusing to refund me and asking me to contact my bank for chargeback which is unfair.
