What happened

I still haven’t received my order. I had to ask for a shipping update and I’ve had free deliveries from other services that I ordered after this 1. And I can’t find a way to cancel the order and just order something else from somewhere else. 1st time. Very disappointed.

What I wish had happened

I wish I didn’t have to chase my order and that it was clear to cancel the order and not have to return it when it arrives.
