What happened

I went into the store looking to buy a new laptop. I’d also been having a few issues with my Apple ID and wanted to sort this out too. Johnny who helped me was amazing! So polite and patient. He explained the differences between the various models really well and recommended the new MacBook Air for my needs. He also sorted my Apple ID issues. When it came to pay he asked me to bear with him as he didn’t work on the sales team. I couldn’t believe it. He was empowered to just help me and he did just that. 10/10

The impact it had

I felt very positive about my purchase and therefore got even more enjoyment out of using it.
