Had a problem with my Dyson V10 and phoned the call centre. The advisor (a lovely lady called Louise) immediately diagnosed the problem and sent a replacement part as it is still under the two-year guarantee. An email confirming the order arrived a minute later. What a fantastic customer experience!

The impact it had
