What happened
The customer service in the Samsung experience stores is beyond terrible. Half the staff do not know much about the products or don't seem to even like technology. I have been there several times as I change my phone and tablet once to twice a year and need to replace a screen every 4 month-ish
What I wish had happened
Just competent staff would have been great.
