What happened

we have a model idv75(uk) dryer which has had the safety modification done a few months ago ,it broke down 2 weeks ago and we have appliance cover with British gas ,when inspected by them they condemned it as the cavity of the machine had filled with fluff and was charred around the motor ,the explained we should contact indesit immediately but this has proved impossible the phone line is always busy and the live chat sessions keep crashing ,i dont have computer acces at work during the day and now dont know where to turn for help

What I wish had happened

spoken to a advisor and have my dryer repaired or replaced
