What happened

I have a repair policy with them on the 9th of june they come out to repair my washing machine they told me parts were out of stock as soon as they are in we will be back I have a policy that stats if it’s not repaired within 14 days I can ask for a replacement after 14 days I rang and as for a replacement they put it through but it got declined they said because of covid I would have to wait 21 days so after 21 days I call again this time I was told that the policy’s had all be suspended and I would have to wait for the repair I ask to speak to a manager I spoke to a lady who said that because it was over 14 day that I could get a replacement the next day I get a call saying it has been declined because of covid-19 so I ring up again takes me an hour and 15 mins to get through just to be told that the people I have be speaking to in the past don’t know what they are talking about so I as for a manager to call me back they say they will ask but it could take up to 78hrs Great customer service

What I wish had happened

I would like for my machine to be replace as per my policy
