What happened

Kitchen Aid stand mixer was returned under warranty as it broke after less than a year of use. I was told it would be resolved within 10 working days. It was deemed non-repairable so I would be sent a replacement. I was told the replacement was not available in my colour so offered a different colour. I accepted and was told it would be sent. After a week I chased this and was then told the mixer was not available in any colour and wouldn't be until Feb 2021. I have been offered a gift voucher to use on the website but have been told there is no similar alternative to my mixer available. The model up from my mixer is in stock, they suggested I pay the additional £150 if I wanted a similar one. The customer service team are really rude and I am growing increasingly frustrated and do not know what else I can do. I am not willing to wait until Feb 2021 for a replacement.

What I wish had happened

An apology would be nice! Not once has anyone apologised for the inconvenience - being without a mixer for a month and the hours I have spent chasing (not to mention money as all the calls are in Belgium!). I would like a similar mixer replacement to mine (6.9L) within a timely manner! The mixer cost £749 and comes with a 5 year guarantee.....
