What happened

I purchased a vax glider from argos, not had any luck with it at all i perceived with the product but was not happy with it, it was not drying the floor properly.Argos said because we had it a month we had to go back to vax the company which i did.I have been sending emails and this problem been going on since july i they have told me different information .I am fed up chasing them i want my money back which they are refusing even though there is s fault they said they will send me labels to return still waiting this was 3wks ago.They ignore emails .So i want to know make a complaint.

What I wish had happened

For them to be more helpful and send me a new one just want money back know had enough.
