What happened

I purchased a know-how care plan for my TV. when it went wrong team-knowhow collected it and promised I would get it back within two weeks. Four weeks later no one answers their phone even when they have asked me to contact them. Going online I am informed that it is being dealt with and someone will contact me. No one has contacted me since my TV was taken away by them. I paid £119 for this service. please help my wife and I are both elderly, self-isolating and this is getting us both down.

What I wish had happened

The contract says that if they can't fix the TV within two weeks they would give me a voucher to get another one. That what I am waiting for.
