What happened

Currys took our TV for repair three weeks ago and after several attempts to contact them received a text saying TV was not repairable and we would get an e gift card to purchase a new TV have heard nothing since so still without TV and can't speak to anyone 55 mins on phone only to be cut off cost me £28 so far and we are elderly disgrace

What I wish had happened

Would like to have spoken to customer care team but more chance contacting John Lennon just want my e gift ca d to purchase new v
