What happened
Samsung WD80J6410AW washing machine. Purchased 26 Dec 17. Also purchased at same time was TeamKnowHow 5 year Customer Support Agreement. Machine showing error code C3, start of October. Repair Engineer has been called out 4 times and all 4 times promised to return. To date have still not returned and machine remains unusable. Have tried to call in excess of 20 times and also personally visited Currys at Clifton Moor in York in excess of 10 times. As the purchaser's are unable to speak English properly, they have been ignored and fobbed off on every occasion. At this point they only wish to get a full refund as they have taken numerous time off work and still have an unusable washing machine
What I wish had happened
For the machine to have been repaired the first time. For Currys to keep their word when making an appointment for an engineer to actually turn up! To have received the service that was paid for and to have a usable washing machine.
