What happened

Dear Sir/Madam, I am sending this to the supreme managing staff. I am a currys customer and my complaint is based via my T.V. My T.V. has a wifi problem, where the T.V. keeps disconnecting from the Wi-fi. Hence, I had it picked up by Currys (Team Knowhow probably) to be fixed. So they came and picked up the TV and waited about 2 weeks with no entertainment then they returned it the next day. The same problem occurred and had to ring you guys this happened for four(three times they came picked up and returned it, fourth time calling) consecutive timings. And as a result, this has been carried out through my covering period (Insurance).This is the same issue that has been happening throughout, however they're confirming that they have resolved the issue and keep sending it back to me and I have to keep ringing you guys. The third time I called it was near my ending of my cover, but a person called Cameron had a confirmation to me saying that if it is the same problem we will continue on fixing it until we can find a solution. In addition, he also said if it is unrepairable we will do anything necessary free of charge. My cover finished on 25th December they gave it back to me on 28th December. Right now the same issue is occurring and I'm concerned about the current issue and the worry that it will develop into an even greater fault.I could have bought it at the very start from a different source however I didn't because you have good reviews however this isn't the case with me and hence very disappointed in the Currys team as a whole. I have a five-year claim with you guys, but throughout these years this has come out as a result to be useless. What do you want me to do?What can you do? As a member of staff, what can you do to resolve this? What is the extent to which you can go to satisfy a customer's needs?
