What happened

Ordered 4 laptops due to be delivered via DPD. Items never received. Raised complains. 7 weeks on still no resolution and being passed around non-stop. Investigations done by DPD who’ve contacted me twice.

What I wish had happened

The items resend or arranged for collection at the time. Now I need the refund
