What happened

14 days after first contact of my washing machine breaking downstill not fixed Get passed back and forward from different people all with different excuses. Now told it could take another 7 days to issue a ecode. Worst experience i have gad with any insurance company. Will never take out cover with this lot of cowboys ever again. Shocking company keep well clear.

What I wish had happened

I had a professional company in charge of my insurance cover.
