What happened

Purchased a new tv from Curry’s during lockdown, delayed deliver as it was going in a new build extension. Tv delivered month after purchase but we left unopened in the box awaiting completion of works ready fir tv to be fit. Mounted tv to the wall, took the protector screen off and there is shadow marks on the screen. Curry won’t help as purchased over 28 days ago, same with Samsung over 28 days so won’t replace and they are saying it’s cosmetic damage which is not covered under the warranty! We will have to pay for the screen to be replaced ourselves!!
