What happened

The promotion Spin to win is not genuine. The website is difficult to access. Similarly the online booking system is unavailable. Never had this problem with Tesco or Waitrose. Sainsbury’s is never my go to and is my best avoided option.

What I wish had happened

I would have been happy for a bit more empathy given to the big inconvenience it was to us 2 old people. Its hard work for me to shop with my arthritis as it is so a decent heartfelt apology would have sufficed.
