I ordered a sketcher trainer angora from Sport Direct Online on 25th December 2020 and paid £5 for delivery. But up till this moment I still havent received my order. All my effort to trace this order has been unsuccessful. I have tried to reach customer service by telephone, still all proof abort...

I would have appreciated if my trainers arrived on time or at least receive information or updates about my parcel
What happened
Brought trainers on line and stated to place parcel at back door if wasnt in..parcel was delivered photo of it in bin not back door .. parcel had been stolen but sports direct say it was delivered and placed out of view in a safe place.. how can putting it hanging out the bin be safe so in meantime...

Just want my money back as they failed to follow instructions and out at back door .. told sports direct things get stolen if left in view
