I booked a hotel in fuengirola for Christmas- and then booked their transport but made a mistake of the date and collection- so within a minute I contacted them and heard nothing despite sending 30 odd messages until today- 5 weeks later!- they more or less said tough- they wont change the dates and...
What I wish had happened
I wanted them to change the date for collection immediately- cant be to difficult as its months away-and if they wouldn't have done it then I would have cancelled then. They should not be advertising a taxi service - and I wanted more info on the hotel as we have a baby coming along- but no replies ...
What happened
Trying to change the date of my holiday booked for this October to October 2021. Tried email, live chat, facebook dm, filling in the online form and today a phonecall, only for the lady to cut me off during the call.
What I wish had happened
To be a bit more helpful and for them to relise that under the present circumstances, people are a bit concerned about travelling. Im only wanting to change the date, not cancel.
