What happened

Loveholidays cancelled our holiday 4 days before due to fly to Portugal on 6/8/20, loveholidays wont refund flight money,they booked our flights with ryanair, loveholidays won't get money back for flights,said we have to do it ourselfs, ryanair refusing our flight refund as flight went ahead, holida...

What I wish had happened

Our flight money to be refunded as it was out of our control that we couldn't get on the flights. I am very disappointed that neither company will give us our money back which was paid in good faith.

What happened

I was meant to fly out with my family on the 6th of june 2020 the holiday was cancelled due to coronavirus weve been told week in and week out our refund will be payed back in 5 days then 10 days then 3 weeks and so on its been 4 months now and we are still waiting for our refund

What I wish had happened

I want my money back as im a mother of 3 young children and a full time carer for my disabled partner as you can imagine its been very stressfull we just want our money back

What happened

My flight in May was cancelled in March and my refund is still being withheld. The airline provided a chargeback for the flight in August but LoveHolidays are refusing to return it to me.

What I wish had happened

That better, clearer communication had been offered and my money refunded long before now.
