What happened

I baught 3 meals for my grandchildren at Morrisons Retford on 27 th April 2022 for their tea, all were inedible the chicken nuggets were so dried out as were the chips they all just had to be binned, there meals aren’t cheap so more care should be taken to make sure dried out food isn’t sold.

What I wish had happened

The food should be monitored better and if not sold soon after prepared, it should be replaced with fresh, not left till it’s all sold no matter how long it has been kept warm

Brought 6 Morrisons best Yorkshire puddings, only had 5 in the pack and 1 was also crushed, disappointed as we invited the in-laws round and didn't have enough due to one being missing
