Ordered 2x2 seater settee and a chair on 13 October for delivery at end of November. It is now 21 January and still no delivery. Ordered 3 seater and 2 Seater Hagen reclining sofas. Started getting electric shocks from Static build up straight away on furniture.

When I complained to NCF they sent an engineer out from Hime Serve. Blamed my home electrics. I paid for independent inspection. NCF ignored findings and blamed my home environment.
What happened
Took my Aunt of 85 years to order 2 seat sofa and reclining chair. She only used the chair for 2 weeks it started a clunking sound.
