What happened

Ordered 2x2 seater settee and a chair on 13 October for delivery at end of November. It is now 21 January and still no delivery. When you phone them they never answer,send emails and it takes ages to reply. I have been given at least 4 different delivery dates none of which have happened. I have now...

What happened

Ordered 3 seater and 2 Seater Hagen reclining sofas. Started getting electric shocks from Static build up straight away on furniture.

What I wish had happened

When I complained to NCF they sent an engineer out from Hime Serve. Blamed my home electrics. I paid for independent inspection. NCF ignored findings and blamed my home environment.

Took my Aunt of 85 years to order 2 seat sofa and reclining chair. She only used the chair for 2 weeks it started a clunking sound.
