Armchair purchased online for over £500 and delivered damaged. The bottom swivel part is scratched and a plastic cover from one of the legs is missing therefore the chair is wobbly and can't be used. What I wish had happened
I would like the swivel part to be sent to me so that my husband can replace it, alternatively since it wasn't used and is in it's original packaging we want to return the chair at NCF cost for a full refund
