What happened

Villa only booked 6-13th June to Majorca. Email stating no refund due as Villa was available received evening of 5th June. There is a pandemic happening! Spain is not accepting tourists, we are unable to leave U.K. flights cancelled!

Apologetic email, acknowledging inability to use villa - refund offered!

What I wish had happened

We would have expected them to honour their assurances of a refund, rather than take our money for a holiday we cannot go on.
