What I wish had happened

For Villaplus to have refunded my holiday within the 14 day time frame, as promised by them.

What happened

Villa plus are not refunding customers, they said it would take 2 weeks for refund, we have been waiting 7 weeks now, and other customers have been waiting even longer, we don't know of anyone who has received a refund.

What I wish had happened

Given refund in there alloted time scale,and at least, let your customers know what's been going on.

We had a villa only holiday booked for the 25th October to Cyprus. EasyJet cancelled out flights on the 17th September so we made the decision to cancel the whole holiday. What I wish had happened

I would like to have received my refund of £344.40 10-14 days after I cancelled my booking as stated in my cancellation email villa plus sent to me on the 19th September. It would also be nice to actually speak to someone instead of being on hold for up to 40 minutes before being cut off
