What I wish had happened

I would have liked that they kept to their word, and paid refunds, not making money from the Covid 19 situation. Therefore not causing so much upset and financial loss to customers affected by a pandemic

Villa Plus should have provided refunds to all customers who were unable to get to their villas. They are hiding behind the loophole that they could be selling a villa to someone who lived anywhere in the world and they are unaware of how anyone is getting to the villa. They should offer a refund to those who want them I am sure there will be some people accept a voucher but no good in my case full refund needed
