What I wish had happened

VP to hold up their hands and be honest - villa not available, heres your money back. That is the minimum a consumer should expect when the vendor cannot produce the goods or service.

We were first denied our refund when we wanted to cancel and forfeit our deposit even though they confirmed it. What I wish had happened

I wish they just issued my refund when I requested it. I was happy to cut my losses and forfeit the deposit. Now it looks like we will lose £4545.
