They are refusing to give refunds for villa only customers, saying we could use the villa week of May 22nd even though location in Spain was only in level 1 of opening from lockdown and all flights cancelled could not get there. First they stated full refunds would be given for everyone then changed...

What I wish had happened

Better communication from them, consistent policy as they kept changing theirs and a full refund of my money
