What happened

refusal to refund cost of villa only booking (contrary to booking conditions, which post pandemic they have changed) - have offered voucher if can't claim on travel insurance (but customers are required to request cancellation in order to get proof for travel insurance claim)

What I wish had happened

For VillaPlus to have proactively contacted customers to offer refund - not leaving customers to chase / unanswered emails and phone calls

What happened

I am part of a group with a villa only booking dated May 28th 2020 to portugal, despite the lead Booker emailing them a few days prior to departure they made no contact to advise what would happen with our holiday. Portugal's borders were closed by both land and air and Villa plus failed to send any...

What I wish had happened

Very simply a refund from Villa plus for despite what they say, the villa not being available to us!
