What I wish had happened

I would have liked Villa Plus to have had a clear and fair policy from the outset so even if communication was poor because of demand, we knew what was going to happen. Also I would have liked to have been offered the choice of voucher or refund automatically, as I believe I am entitled to.

What I wish had happened

I would have liked some contact before five days from our departure date rather than a last minute email and I would have liked it to have offered me a full refund or the option to move it to next year. It’s impossible to move forward when they don’t answer anything.
