We booked to go to Portugal on 28th May 2020 with Villa Plus. Our flights were cancelled and refunded by Jet 2 on the 15th May due to the Covid pandemic. An offer of a refund or re-booking for next year at least.

What happened

Due to fly to our villa only in majorca on Saturday 13th June. Received email from villa plus this week advising due to our villa being available no refund is offered.. even although majorca major has confirmed it is NOT accepting anyone into the country on said date.

What I wish had happened

A full refund to be paid.
