What happened

Booked a villa only holiday to start on day Spain went into lockdown and flights cancelled. Won’t give a refund for first week out of 3 as say villa was available for first week even though we couldn’t get there or back.

What I wish had happened

Got a full refund for the whole 3 weeks as that is what Villa Plus told us initially then changed their mind.

A full refund. It is not our fault we weren't able to go, but they have kept our money and won't even speak to us.

What happened

Refusing to give refunds for bookings which could not be fulfilled due to covid-19. Villa Plus state that the ‘Villa was ready and waiting’, however did not provide any access or entry information.

What I wish had happened

Full refund, I would have initially accepted a credit note - however after being treated in this way I want nothing further to do with Villa Plus.
