What happened

Non provision of villa 16th may..refusing refund..no details given prior to departure (e.g address, entry code) as per “contract”with them. Unable to contact via phone, Emails not answered, constantly changing T&C’s on website . NOT adhering to contact between them & myself

We had booked in a villa in Portugal from the 12th-19th April. On March 17th we received notice from Jet 2 that all flights were cancelled. What I wish had happened

We would have taken a voucher at the start but we now want our hard earned money back. The sympathy/empathy they have not shown is shocking. Yes COVID-19 is a horrible thing for everyone but they must be fair to all and not just a few which seems to be happening.

What happened

They are refusing to refund our money of a villa only booking as the villa was made available to us and it is our fault we were unable to get there

What I wish had happened

That they honoured their original update and refunded our monies instead of changing the update to state no refund. Very sad and upset about it all
