What happened

Booked a villa only holiday. Uncertainty due to C-19, advised by Villa Plus not to contact them at all! No communication from them, but can't contact them! Holiday cannot go ahead due to FCO advise. Villa Plus however, state will not refund.

What I wish had happened

Open communication channels, even if through a queue system or in date of travel. Vague statements on website very unhelpful.

What I wish had happened

I would have hoped that Villa Plus would have communicated better and offered more help to their customers in these unprecedented times. If they had offered vouchers or an opportunity to rebook in the first place, it may well have been accepted. As it is the want you to relieve them of any liability...
