What happened

We had a villa booked beginning 8/6 to Menorca. Just been told they are not going to refund monies as Villa is available to use. No flights available and not allowed to go into Menorca from Uk. We have Ben told to claim form our travel insurance which just seems completely wrong when no one is allow...

Villa plus should have honoured all bookings and given a refund for the Villa.

Told our villa was open for us to come despite travel bans and total lockdown in the uk and Spain, they therefore are refusing to give refund. initially said we’d get our money then at the end of the month changed there terms and conditions. What I wish had happened

Given that they cancelled the holiday they should have given the option of money back or refund at customers choice. We would welcome cash refund we’d never use them again under any circumstance!

Booked a villa only with villa plus to Menorca on 6th June had no contact from them even when I emailed them.Then finally got an email on the evening of 5th June. The email said the villa was available but due to uk restrictions I would be unlike to be able to go, but because the villa was available...

What I wish had happened

I would have liked them to have been honest and kept in touch so I knew what was going. I would have liked them to have offered refund as the villa clear wasn’t available to me due to both uk and Spanish restrictions
