What happened

Booked a villa only holiday to Spain. Can’t get there due to fco advise. They have said I am not entitled to any money back because they have said they have made it available for us even if we cannot get there.

What I wish had happened

Villa plus to be honest from the start and not ignore their customers. A refund is what is wanted.
