We booked a villa only booking with villa plus for May 23rd in Majorca. Unable to travel due to no transport there. Also, only Spanish citizens, residents and front line workers allowed in the country so we would have been refused entry. Villa plus saying they prepared the villa for our arrival and ...

What I wish had happened

That they honoured their updates promising refunds for all of their customers, and then not changing the update so villa only bookings are not entitled to a refund

What I wish had happened

My money back as promised when I was due to holiday, able to get in contact one to one with villa plus and not be ignored, NO to vouchers (who wants to book again with a company that treats its customers so appallingly)

What I wish had happened

We would like villa plus to have refunded, in full, our holiday, as there was absolutely no way we could go on the holiday due to covid restrictions.
