What happened

I don’t want to travel to Spain, I have been offered vouchers or change flight dates within a 12 month period. I am unable to fly in the next 12 months and asked for a refund and they have declined.

What I wish had happened

A full refund of the money I have paid, the government are advising don’t travel to Spain

I was not allowed on a flight because my flight was changed without my consent

What I wish had happened

That they would have let me board on the flight I checked in to two days before, and not have to book a last minute flight on the next day

Easyjet have changed it so they no longer issue the vouchers to use online you have to call the call center to book it, so one hour later on the phone I get my booking which online would have costs €104 including bags cost me £145 via the phone, meaning I had to pay extra on top of my voucher, so...

What I wish had happened

That they issued the voucher for online use as they started to do with the covid cirsis and I could have just redeemed myself and not wasted two hours of my time and got stressed which I don't need any more of at the moment.
