What happened

We were offered vouchers for flights we couldn’t use due to Hungarian Government rules and was told I couldn’t have a refund. Have tried to get a refund since then and have been told that because I accepted vouchers I could not get a refund .

What I wish had happened

I would like to receive a refund as easyJet have now got £400 Of my money and I am not sure when I will be able to use them.

What I wish had happened

A refund. It’s causing problems with my family as I booked it for them and accepted a voucher that they now won’t use. They give a voucher that could only be used over the phone and I couldn’t get through to book.

What I wish had happened

I wish they would refund me the full amount we have paid for our flights as it isn’t small amount of money.
