What happened
Sold laptop on ebay, used one day delivery option with hermes, sent on 20th January 2020. Parcel has been delayed. Complained on 25th January, nothing changed in tracking info. Complained on 27th January, apparently parcel has been refused by recipient and is being send back to me. Contacted recipie...
What I wish had happened
Returned parcel to me at reasonably short time, considered I've paid £14 for the delivery
What happened
We have had three parcels out for delivery with three different retailers since Friday 20th March. Every day we get a message saying that 'the courier has had an issue reaching your delivery address' and that delivery is to be rearranged. It then gets arranged for the following day and the same thin...
What I wish had happened
Firstly for the parcels to be delivered on the date and time that Hermes specified. If there were any problems (which there clearly are!) then we would have expected Hermes to get in touch to resolve any issues so they can get the parcels we have paid for out to us.
What happened
Hermes claims they have tried to deliver a parcel twice, but had trouble finding the address. (1) there are clear instructions on the address, and (2) despite telling me to contact them to fix the address, there is no way to actually contact them to do so.
What I wish had happened
Some form of option to contact a real person at Hermes to resolve this issue. Could take less than two minutes!
