To get what have paid for and in the condition that I bought. Not second hand job

What happened

Ordered a 4kg tub of sweets ..... didn't arrive next day s stated it would be... get an update a few days later saying "item damaged beyond repair". I mean what even. Oh and to top it all off, they'd been the ones to deliver a pair of shoes to me just a day or 2 before .... I can't even

What I wish had happened

Wish they had at least sent proof of the damage and also just not forgot to put my parcel in the same delivery van as my shoes they'd managed to successfully drop off... oh and nit have it of gone to the wrong depot before said damage was done. Sounds just like a load of excuses for someone's neglig...
