What happened

They received my parcel and were supposed to deliver it on Tuesday but they cancelled it in the last minute. I have been trying to contact Hermes and the retailer for the last few days but nobody answers or I simply can’t get through to a human being.

What I wish had happened

I would have liked my parcel delivered instead of lying to me saying they would get it done within 24 hours

What happened

I returned a parcel to Amazon via Hermes on 16 April. I have a receipt with a barcode from the drop-off. Hermes' tracking website states "we got it", but now it's disappeared. I cannot get to speak to a human. Please help.
