A courier collected my parcel but did not leave a tracking number. The scanner wouldnt read the code? What I wish had happened

I just either want to speak to a human for info or that they update the app/web to give update concise information, even if it will take a while to get my refund I need to know what's happening!

What I wish had happened

I would like for Hermes to take responsibility for what has happy. And instead of just offering the delivery driver extra training on how to deliver parcels actually hold someone accountable for what's happened

What happened

They delivered a parcel however it was never delivered. There is no proof the parcel was ever at my address and they have signed for the parcel themselves as someone who frequently receives parcels from hermes this has never happened before. Not to mention the parcel was apparently delivered at 10pm...

What I wish had happened

The parcel to have been delivered instead of being stolen from the courier.
