What happened

I sent two parcels to my daughter, which contained her Christmas presents and they both arrived at the Weybridge depot but one got delivered and the other one they are saying is lost in the depot possibly. However, it’s been classed as lost.

What I wish had happened

To speak to a person or email someone in the actual depot to look for my parcel.

What I wish had happened

Please get my parcel to me efficiently when i am paying for everything beforehand for the advertised service. This clearly seems like over selling and false advertising.
